Before we start, it’s important to explain exactly what ISO 9001 : 2015 is.
ISO 9001 : 2015 is the international standard for a quality management system. In order to be certified to the standard, a company must follow the requirements of the standard and demonstrate the ability to provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.
The certification process involves an audit of the company’s quality management system to ensure that it meets the requirements of the standard, that the company’s quality management system and associated processes and procedures are documented and maintained and that the company is operating in accordance with the quality management system. On successful completion of the audit process a certificate is issued by the certifying authority.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), is an independent, non-governmental body.

Everyone in the company and everything we do is subject to scrutiny, ensuring that we are up-to-date in the way we work, which tools we use, and how we complete our administration, sales and project processes. The internal audit program together with the annual external audit makes sure that we keep improving and monitoring these processes. This way, we are able to provide our services to our customers in the best way possible.

Not only are our project processes being externally audited every year, the ISO certifying authority audit every part of AEGIR Technologies.
